What Makes a Substantive Comment?

Good Comments Include:

Specific location data (GPS coordinates)
Dated photos as evidence
Clear description of trail conditions
Why the route is important
Impact if closed or restricted
Supporting documents or maps

Avoid:

Just saying "keep it open" without facts
Emotional arguments without evidence
Form letters (treated as one comment)
Unrelated topics
Personal attacks
